Fugazi’s Ian MacKaye and Joe Lally Debut New Band in DC | Music News | Consequence of Sound: Fugazi's Ian MacKaye and Joe Lally debuted their new untitled band during a benefit concert in Washington, DC over the weekend. The group, rounded out by The Evens' Amy Farina, performed a set of all new original songs. They also appear to be signed to MacKaye's Dischord Records.
